Two-time GRAMMY® Award nominated and critically acclaimed North Carolina artist Becca Stevens has released a new album in the fall of 2024, following the release of her 2020 album Wonderbloom - Maple to Paper (GroundUP, 2024). Stevens wrote, recorded and produced her new album from home. It's an album about loss and motherhood, recorded entirely solo and acoustic. The album contains a collection of songs in which the artist dispenses with beats.

Maple to Paper is a unique intimate release recorded with just voice and guitar. In this stripped down and intimate recording, you can hear how deep and intuitive Steven's voice and guitar playing are. For many of us, it's as close as we can get to hearing Becca Stevens play in her home, unguarded and reveling in the joy of the music.
