OPENING NIGHT

Severalday meeting of doublebass players from whole Europe will be opened by concert at Jazz Dock, where will perform the top players of this instrument.

9 pm - Jaromír Honzák Quintet (contemporary jazz)

Distinguished Czech doublebass player Jaromír Honzák releases with Animal Music label new author CD named " Uncertainty". There participated large-scale international formation of musicians: Antonin Tri Hoang - cl, asax, bcl, David Dorůžka – g, Vít Křišťan – p, FRhodes, synths, Jon Falt - d. Hinhly rated music of Jaromír promises grand musical experience (db,ts,p,g,d)!

10:30 pm - Ramsbøl / Corvino / Bilgen Trio - ''How Far Is The Moon'' (DNK/HR/TUR)

Danish bassist and composer Morten Ramsbøl has created an exciting new trio with master guitarist Pippo Corvino (Croatia) and pianist prodigy Anil Bilgen (Turkey).  On their upcoming new CD ''How Far Is The Moon'' they journey out on a meditative, beautiful, creative and very melodic voyage together.  An absolute must for dreamers and inner movie makers.

11:30 pm - Jam Session

There will pass Jam Session of lectors and students to close this exceptional evening.
