GROOVE DOCK – JAZZ TO DANCE

Summer edition of successful jazz dance night! From swing over bebop, hardbop, latin, fusion, acidjazz to contemporary club sound. Mixed and served exclusively from vinyl with live acts interplay!

This time with Groove Dock mathador Mr. Ultrafino and DJ Goldstar!

Mr. Ultrafino
Mr. Ultrafino – Groove Dock resident, co-creator of Prague jazz/funk DJ scene, strictly vinyl player with more than two decades of musical experiences. His sets are built mainly on 60's and 70's funk, soul and jazz but they might be just as well spiced up with disco, hiphop, latin, reggae and rare obscurities from pretty much any musical genre.

DJ Goldstar

DJ Goldstar Goldstar is a music promoter, resident of many funk and sould oriented alternative club nights and a DJ with the broadest selection of genres in his record bag. During the two decades of his musical career he stood behind the decks with DJs and musicinas from all around the world, however his passion and specialty is 60‘s and 70‘s Czechoslovak groove scene.

Mikikonga (Champion Sound) (percussions) 
One of the busiest and demanded Czech percussionists. As a member of the Champion Sound / Livě Band played at the world largest dance events such as IBE the Notorious, BOTY International, JUSTE DEBOUT, OUTBREAK Europe or SDK Europe.

GROOVE DOCK: Every second Saturday each month. Starts 9:30 pm, free admission till 10 pm
