For nearly two decades, Grammy-nominated Kneebody has forged a genre-defying sound—a fusion of rock energy, chamber ensemble precision, and bold improvisation.

In 2025, they embark on a new chapter with "Reach", out April 18 via GroundUP Music. This album, their latest as a quartet—Adam Benjamin (keys), Shane Endsley (trumpet), Ben Wendel (sax), and Nate Wood (bass & drums simultaneously)—pushes genre boundaries while delivering their signature mix of intricate composition and raw energy. The lead single, "Repeat After Me," offers a first taste, weaving Morse code-inspired melodies into shifting harmonies and deep grooves. Over the years, Kneebody has earned critical acclaim, a Grammy nomination, and collaborations with artists like Becca Stevens, Gretchen Parlato, and Daedelus. With Reach, Kneebody signals a new era, bringing their unpredictable energy and masterful interplay to audiences worldwide.
